About this playlist

This one drags its guitars through fog and leaves them there. Fuzz pedals bloom into long, unresolved sheets, and the reverb tails stretch until each chord loses its edge and melts into the next. Tempos stay slow and heavy, with drums that sit back like a pulse under cotton. Slowcore spareness shows up in the gaps, where a single voice or a lone guitar line hangs in dead air before the wash rolls back in. Dark ambient passages thin the mix to hum and distant static, then the midwest emo streaks cut through with raw, scraped-open tones. Several tracks feel like headphones at 2 a.m., when the room has gone dim and every sound is slightly out of focus. Play it front to back on low volume, or let it.
